Shipping Times and Rates

We currently offer two shipping option:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Typically arrives within 5-6 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically arrives within 3-4 business days

Shipping rates will depend on weight/size of order and option chosen.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.  While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee shipping times due to potential delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.  

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or directly through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at orders@thehaulover.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
